SESSION FEE

Session fee is due at the time of the booking. I cannot guarantee you a time and date until session fee is paid. Session fees are non-refundable.

RESCHEDULE & CANCELLATIONS

In the case of bad weather or other unforeseen emergency, a second date will be provided, ONLY after session fee is paid in full. However, if a second reschedule is needed, the session fee is absorbed by Emmy Michelle Photography and you will need to start the scheduling process again. Including an additional session fee.

ORDERING PRODUCTS

All images will be placed in an online password protected gallery. You have the option to share this password with other family members. The Gallery will remain up for 10 days, if additional days are needed, please let me know.

PAYMENT PLANS ON PRODUCTS

 We do have payment plans on products (does not include session fee to hold your appointment) of 1/2 down and 1/2 in 4 weeks.

A payment plan contract will be sent and signed by both parties. NO ORDERS will be sent to the lab until after final payments are made.

SALES TAX

Texas sales tax of 8.25% will be added to all service and product orders. 

LOCATION

If you choose to have your portrait session done at a site that requires a license or fee, you are responsible for paying that fee and/or admission for everyone who will be attending the portrait session, including the photographer and her assistant. It is your responsibility to know whether a license, fee or admission is required.

TRAVEL

Emmy Michelle Photography is based out of Round Rock, Texas and serves the North Austin to Georgetown areas.  Travel fees are required for any session outside of these areas. Any sessions taking place 30 miles of zip code 78664 is subject to a $1.50/mile (round trip) travel fee.
